Happy Easter!!

Easter Sunday found us in Louisville this year, and what a great day! Ella was excited about the Easter Bunny and the Jelly Bean Trail he left leading to her basket! We went to church with Mimi, Pappy, Aunt Katie and Uncle Nick...and had a great afternoon at Mimi and Pappy's! Ella was pretty serious about hunting down those easter eggs, of course stopping to open up and sample the treats inside!

Easter Eggs....

Maybe the biggest mess we've intentionally made....but it sure was fun! Decorating Easter Eggs with a 2 year old....doesn't go as one might plan.....the fragility of a boiled egg is completely lost on them when you sit them down in front of several bowls of dye...and expect them to not start plopping them in!! So shirt off...hair pulled back and dig in!!

Welcome Baby Noah!!

We got to make a visit to Owensboro and see the newest edition of the family, baby Noah!! Ella was very excited about the new baby, and was great with her new cousin!

The VanMeter's came over for UK's game with West Virginia...while the parents were tensely watching the CATS season come to an end...the girls had a great time entertaining one another!
